Michelle helped me navigate the sale of my dad's house after he passed away. I knew very little about this process and Michelle helped me through every step. She is a straight shooter and got right to the point with me. Honestly, I thought I was going to have to put a lot of money into the home to get it ready to sell and she advised me that it probably wasn't a good idea and also explained to me why. All we had to do was some cleaning and minor items here and there and that was that. Her photographer took super amazing photos of the house, it listed on a Wednesday, and by Friday we had four offers...two were for cash and were over the asking price! More important than any of that is the fact that she went above and beyond, in my opinion, to be there for me at every instance when dealing with the HOA, fire department, completing forms, calling people and even being there to meet some of these people when it really wasn't her responsibility to do so. But she knew I was away for work, and she went to bat for me. Michelle even found a mistake that the fire department made with respect to property lines and saved me from having to pay unnecessarily for things that were actually the HOA's responsibility! She also negotiated with the buyer that was asking for repairs that were just a little over the top, and that all worked out just fine. My point is that I'm almost certain that Michelle has listings that are way more important and lucrative than my situation was, but she treated me like I was a heavy hitter and I really respected her work ethic! I always felt like I was important to her and I really appreciated that. These are qualities that can't be taught, it's just who she is. Unfortunately my mother passed away and this was her home and a trust sale. From my first meeting with Michelle she was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the homes in the area. I had met with a couple other agents that seem to just randomly pull suggested listing prices out of the hat. Michelle sat down with me and went over all the comparable sales in my area and we arrived at a very marketable price.

I cannot tell you what a life saver Michelle was when we were looking to buy! Here is our story, just to give you an idea of what we were dealing with: As it happened we had only 45 days to find a house AND close escrow before we had to be out of our old house or sign another years lease. We're getting a VA loan, so 45 days from starting to look to close of escrow does not look very promising. This was during the holiday season too - just to add to the pressure!
We knew exactly what we wanted in a house and the area we wanted to be in. Michelle managed to show us houses before they even hit the market.
